MJ.N Photography is the culmination of a lifelong passion for visual storytelling, merging a robust 18-year career in tech, extensive global travel, and a deep appreciation for architecture, nature, and the human form. Based in both Sherman, Connecticut, and Brooklyn Heights, New York, my work specializes in capturing the male form with a focus on beauty, vulnerability, and emotional depth. As a self-taught photographer, I am drawn to the delicate interplay between light, skin, and emotion, seeking to create images that resonate with viewers on an intimate level.

Since beginning my photography journey in 2012 as a creative outlet, I have evolved my craft into a dedicated enterprise, MJ.N Photography. My process is rooted in building authentic connections with my models, carefully selecting diverse and evocative locations that enhance the narrative. From the rugged landscapes of the Berkshire Mountains to the urban charm of Brooklyn Heights, each shoot is a deliberate journey that blends physicality with natural elements, resulting in images that tell powerful stories and challenge conventional perceptions of masculinity.

My work has been featured internationally in prestigious magazines and online publications such as Fienfh, Loike, L'attirance, HöN, and Aestycc. As a photographer in residence at Gallery 25 in New Milford, Connecticut, and a member of the board of directors for the Sherman Artists Association, I am deeply involved in the local art community. Recently, I was honored with an award for my contribution to the "Reflections" exhibition in Connecticut, further validating the impact of my photography.

Inspired by iconic figures like Jim French and Tom Bianchi, I strive to juxtapose the strength and intimacy of the male form against both architectural and natural backdrops. My artistic nudes and landscapes are designed to evoke emotion, provoke thought, and celebrate the diversity of sensuality and human expression. MJ.N Photography is more than a business—it is a labor of love, a platform through which I can explore and share the timeless beauty of the human form in its most authentic and vulnerable state.
